Evisort is a legal tech company that uses artificial intelligence to automate extraction and interpretation of data from legal documents. We are seeking an experienced customer success manager to join our team and help with scaling and expanding our already successful product on its way to revolutionizing how organizations process their legal data and operate around it.
The candidate who fills this role will play a pivotal role in building out the CS organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the implementation
- Customer onboarding
- Defining measuring, and tracking customer success
- Ensuring our customers have a world-class experience using the Evisort platform.
- Building out support material for our customers.
- Setting up currently undefined processes required to ensure that customers have a world-class experience.
